REFUND POLICY
Here Are The Basics
At Preserve the Date, we want you to be happy--no, thrilled--with your preservation and the process, and we'll make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way. Due to the personalized nature of our business, however, we do not offer refunds. We will send you a proof before we cast or frame your piece(s). It is crucial that you let us know within 2 business days of receiving the proof of any changes you would like implemented. Once your piece(s) are cast or framed, we cannot change the design. If, after you receive your order, there is anything that you're not happy with, or anything you need fixed, please send a detailed email to preservethedate@gmail.com, and we will send instructions on how to proceed. The retainer to book is also non-refundable, as we have scheduled your preservation, and have locked in the date, ordered supplies, and scheduled the staff needed in order to get your flowers started as soon as they arrive in our studio. If you decide that you want different pieces than what you originally ordered, please let us know no later than one week before your event.
