REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
At Preserve the Date, we want you to be happy--no, thrilled--with your preservation and the process, and we'll make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way. Due to the personalized nature of our business, however, we do not offer refunds. We know that life can sometimes throw curve-balls, so we do offer order cancellation, but only prior to us receiving your flowers. Please notify us BEFORE WE RECEIVE YOUR FLOWERS, in writing, at preservethedate@gmail.com. A cancellation fee of 25% of your order total will be charged and WILL NOT be refunded as we have likely already scheduled your preservation, and have locked in the date, ordered supplies, and scheduled the staff needed in order to get your flowers started as soon as they arrive in our studio. Once your flowers have been received, no refunds will be issued. You are welcome to alter your order to include different pieces than what you originally ordered, or add on to your order. Please let us know via email no later than one week before your event. Alterations must be equal to or more than the price of your original order.
We will send you a proof before we cast or frame your piece(s). It is crucial that you let us know within 2 business days of receiving the proof of any changes you would like implemented. Once your piece(s) are cast or framed, we cannot change the design. If, after you receive your order, there is anything that you're not happy with, or anything you need fixed, please send a detailed email to preservethedate@gmail.com, and we will send instructions on how to proceed.
SHIPPING CHARGES AND POLICIES
It is recommended that you ship your flowers to us as soon after your event as possible. Shipping charges from the client to Preserve the Date are the responsibility of the client. Overnight shipping is highly recommended. We also suggest that you consider purchasing our pre-paid overnight shipping label to expedite the packing and shipping process. The return shipping of final pieces back to the client from Preserve the Date is included in the cost of your order. *PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION ON THE "SHIPPING YOUR FLOWERS" PAGE FOR DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS*
Preserve the Date will email you throughout the preservation process. At the end of the process we will contact you one more time to confirm your address. Please respond as quickly as possible, as we will not ship your order until you confirm your address. Because we package our orders with extreme care, we are not responsible for damage caused to your order once we have shipped it. We do insure your order with our shipping carrier. If your order is lost or damaged, we will file a claim for insurance on the shipment and use those funds to either recreate your pieces or refund the value of your order not including shipping. In the event your piece is damaged, please take several photos showing the damaged area on the exterior and interior of the box and on the piece itself.

All content displayed on the Preserve the Date website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, and images (except where photo credit is noted) is owned or licensed by Preserve the Date LLC, and is protected by applicable laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, transmittance or display of any portion of the above without prior written consent is prohibited.
Terms of service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Washington city, UT. Any dispute related to the terms of service or use of this website, services, and/or products created or provided by Preserve the Date LLC shall be resolved in the courts of Washington City, UT.
