We sincerely appreciate you trusting us to preserve your special flowers.
Here are some important things to know about the preservation process.
1: THERE IS A $300 ORDER MINIMUM (Not including the pre-paid shipping label)
2: Orders must be placed no later than 2 weeks before your event unless you obtain permission from us. This ensures that we can schedule staff, time, and materials needed to give your flowers the proper attention. We take a limited number of orders each month.
3: There is a $200 non-refundable retainer found on the ADD ONS page that must be added to your cart, and is due at the time of order to secure your preservation date. If you opt for the pre-paid shipping label, it must be added to your cart at the time of order as well. Return freight of your finished art pieces is included in the listed price.

5: We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your order. If you have not received a confirmation within 3 days, please let us know.
6: Orders take approximately 4-6 months to complete. We will keep you posted as to progress a few times during the process.
